Mr. Chavez' Unique Approach To Legal Representation

Mr. Chavez' philosophy of personal injury law is this:

  • He will not take on too many cases.
  • He only takes cases that are worthy of a jury trial.
  • He will not take a case that is frivolous.

That means, if a lawsuit has to be filed, he will be proud to present it to a jury and if he takes your case it will be because you deserve to be compensated. He believes that trial lawyers have a responsibility to the public to find the truth no matter what is found. If your case is a viable case, he is committed to working hard for you and to giving you and your case the attention you deserve.

All consultations are free and most cases are taken on a contingency basis. Contact him today to discuss your case with him. Or, schedule an appointment and get the legal counsel you need.
