Mr. Chavez' Unique Approach To Legal Representation

Mr. Chavez' philosophy of personal injury law is this:

  • He will not take on too many cases.
  • He only takes cases that are worthy of a jury trial.
  • He will not take a case that is frivolous.

That means, if a lawsuit has to be filed, he will be proud to present it to a jury and if he takes your case it will be because you deserve to be compensated. He believes that trial lawyers have a responsibility to the public to find the truth no matter what is found. If your case is a viable case, he is committed to working hard for you and to giving you and your case the attention you deserve.
